With direct access, its own kitchen, and flexible setup options, it’s the perfect choice for small to mid-sized events.

Note: The space is used Monday–Thursday by Thickwood Heights Preschool and is unavailable for rental during that time.

Pricing & AvailabilitY

 Available:

  • Fridays, Saturdays, and Sundays from mid-September through the end of May

  • Weekdays and weekends June through August (based on availability)

Discounts may be available for full-day or recurring bookings.

FAQs

  • Only during the summer months or when the preschool is not in session. The space is reserved by Thickwood Heights Preschool Monday to Thursday from September to May.

  • Yes — you’re welcome to bring in decorations and outside catering. We just ask that you leave the space in clean condition afterward.

  • The layout is flexible, but it comfortably accommodates 30–50 guests depending on the setup.
